Family Handprint Turkey Craft

Family Handprint Turkey Craft

I traced each of our family members hands to make this turkey decoration for our large front window.

I used about 3 feet of each color from the cut-to-size roll paper our local office supply store. When I folded it a bunch of times accordian style, I didn’t have to individually cut each hand. I traced my children’s feet for the feathers on the body of the turkey. My 5 year old kept busy cutting the “feathers” while I worked on the hands.

After I did a practice layout on the floor, I just transferred it to the window and taped it in place.

The whole project cost less than $5 and took about an hour. What a fun way to be thankful for your family!
